Pepsi Hosts New Music Festival Podcast from CRN’s Collisions

Enters Exclusive Partnership in Groundbreaking Sasquatch! Series

George, WA - May 16, 2016 - Pepsi has been named exclusive host of “The Official Sasquatch! Festival Podcast,” a recently launched series created by CRN International’s Collisions podcast division. The podcast breaks new ground by providing a rare behind-the-scenes look at a major music festival, Sasquatch! 2016 at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, WA, over the Memorial Day Weekend.

Pepsi’s Kola House will be mentioned in all marketing leading up to the event and will be the on-site home where podcast host John Norris will conduct interviews with some of the festival’s performing artists.

The Sasquatch! Music Festival is a haven for indie rock bands, singer-songwriters, alternative rock, hip hop and even comedy acts. Regarded as one of the top summer music festivals, it is entering its 15th year. The “Official Sasquatch! Festival 2016 Podcast” launched last month and will run through the duration of the event. It takes music lovers on a fascinating journey leading up to the Sasquatch! Music Festival with up-close stories you can’t get elsewhere. Interviews with Brittany Howard of Alabama Shakes, Kurt Vile, Borns, Telekinesis, and festival founder Adam Zacks have already been posted. Leading up to the festival, the podcast posts two episodes a week and will post daily from the event site.

The Sasquatch! Podcast represents the latest addition to CRN International’s fast-growing portfolio of podcasts under its Collisions brand, whose initial launches have been soaring up the iTunes podcast charts. Other Collisions podcasts include: “The Car and Driver Podcast,” partnering with industry leader Car and Driver magazine; “Distraction,” hosted by New York Times best-selling author and leading psychiatrist Dr. Edward Hallowell; and Stockton, hosted by sportscasting icon Dick Stockton.
