Rules & Regulations

1. No purchase required to enter or receive a prize. To enter, log on to www.staggchiliskiwatch.ca and provide your complete name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Or, write your complete name, address, telephone number and e-mail address on a 3" x 5" card or STAGG® Chili product wrapper with the words "Win a trip to Whistler, BC" and send it to: STAGG® Chili Ski Watch® Whistler, British Columbia Ski Sweepstakes, c/o CRN International, P.O. Box 4353, Hamden, CT, 06514. No mechanically reproduced, illegible or incomplete entries will be accepted. Limit one entry per person. All entries must be received by midnight, March 3, 2005. Sponsors are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected or mutilated entries, phone line, phone, computer hardware or software malfunctions, or errors whether human or technical in nature or cause. Sponsors are also not responsible for any errors or omissions in the text.

2. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Winner will be notified by mail and will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release which must be returned within 15 days of receipt, or an alternate winner will be selected. By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and consents to the use of his/her name/likeness, without additional compensation, for any and all publicity purposes carried out by the sponsors.

3. First prize - Six night trip for two to Whistler, British Columbia including first class hotel, coach class round-trip air transportation from major airport nearest winner's residence, ground transfers in British Columbia, two meals, and three days of snow skiing lift passes (approx. retail value $4,300 Canadian). Trip must be taken between April 3, 2006, and April 9, 2006, based on availability of the facility. Other restrictions may apply. Snow skiing is only possible when conditions are favorable and cannot be guaranteed. No substitutions for lack of skiing will be made. Drawing will be held on or about March 4, 2005, and will be conducted by CRN International, Inc. Decisions of CRN International, Inc. and all judges are final in all respects. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted except by the sponsor because of prize unavailability. Each first prize winner will receive a commemorative gift and become one of approximately 12 finalists (additional finalists from a Canadian radio station promotion). The finalist whose gift also contains a "Trip to Cancun" certificate wins the trip.

Grand prize - One (1) six night trip for two to Cancun, Mexico, including first class hotel, coach class round-trip air transportation from major airport nearest winner's residence and transfers (approx. retail value $3,500 Canadian) - will be awarded on or about April 7, 2006. Trip must be taken by April 7, 2007.

4. Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Canada (void in Quebec) 18 years of age or older, except employees of CRN International, Inc., Hormel Foods Corporation, C. B. Powell, BBDO Montreal, Hilton Whistler Resort, their affiliates or advertising agencies and their immediate families or persons residing in the same household. Void where taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations.
